Since we first started working with Sakuraba, he always asked us if we could recreate his favourite training shorts, which featured gi material stitched into the front. The idea being that the gi adds a little bit of extra grip, great for armbars and triangles, according to the legend himself! This design is busy, inspired also by the fight shorts Saku has worn throughout his career, with little details and messages throughout.
